These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ProfilDeck services. By purchasing a ProfilDeck plan, you agree to the terms below.
ProfilDeck is operated under S2Verse.
1. Scope of Service
ProfilDeck provides a structured one-page professional identity page with QR-based contact integration.
Each plan includes:
- Landing page setup
- Refined professional summary (120–150 words)
- 3–4 focus areas
- QR-based contact sharing
- Save-to-phone integration
ProfilDeck Pro includes deployment on the client’s own domain.
The layout and structure are fixed to maintain clarity and consistency.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required before work begins.
- Payment is processed via UPI.
- Work begins only after payment verification and complete form submission.
3. Delivery
Draft delivery occurs within 48–72 hours after verified payment and complete submission.
Delays caused by incomplete information or late client responses are not the responsibility of ProfilDeck.
4. Revisions
One structured revision is included.
- Feedback must be provided within 5 days of draft delivery.
- Feedback must be consolidated into a single response.
If no feedback is received within 5 days, the draft may be considered approved and finalized.
Additional revisions may be treated as a separate request.
5. Hosting & Renewal (ProfilDeck Plan)
First-year hosting is included.
From Year 2 onward, an annual renewal fee of ₹1100 applies.
Failure to renew may result in page deactivation.
6. Domain Responsibility (ProfilDeck Pro)
The client must own the domain before deployment.
Domain and hosting renewals are the client’s responsibility.
ProfilDeck is not responsible for downtime or expiration of client-managed infrastructure.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
ProfilDeck is a customized service.
Once work has begun, cancellations and refunds are not available.
If cancellation is requested before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Ensuring they have rights to submitted content and images
- Reviewing drafts within the specified timeline
9. Limitation of Liability
ProfilDeck is not liable for technical downtime beyond reasonable control or third-party service interruptions.
10. Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the current version.
