We collect only what is necessary to create and deliver your ProfilDeck.

• Create and publish your ProfilDeck page
• Generate QR code and contact integration
• Communicate regarding drafts and delivery
• Configure domain setup (ProfilDeck Pro)

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

Information submitted through our forms is processed using trusted third-party services (such as Meta Forms, hosting providers, and domain registrars).
These services operate under their own security standards.

4. Data Retention
For ProfilDeck (hosted on ProfilDeck infrastructure):
Your profile page remains active under our hosting unless you request removal. If you request deletion, your page and related personal data will be removed from our active records.
For ProfilDeck Pro (deployed on your own domain and hosting):
Once delivered and deployed, you retain control of your hosting and domain. We do not maintain ongoing control over client-owned infrastructure.

5. Your Rights
You may request:

• Correction of inaccurate personal information
• Deletion of your data and discontinuation of service
• Content updates or structural changes to your profile are governed by our service terms.
